Terms of Service
Last updated: September 14, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the BidSim website, shopping organizer and browser extension. By creating an account or using BidSim, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. The BidSim service
BidSim helps users organize stores, products, collections, purchase records, coupons and related shopping information. Features and availability may change as the service evolves.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. One person or organization may not use the service for unlawful, deceptive or abusive activity.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of notes, collections and other original content you add. You grant BidSim a limited license to store, process and display that content only as needed to operate and improve the service. You must have the right to add the content you submit.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access or interfere with its operation.
- Do not upload malicious code, scrape BidSim at abusive rates or bypass security controls.
- Do not use BidSim to violate law, third-party rights or store prohibited content.
5. Store data, prices and coupons
Product details, prices, availability, coupons and expiration dates may come from third parties and can change without notice. BidSim does not guarantee that this information is complete, current or accepted by a merchant. Confirm final price and terms on the merchant’s website before purchasing.
6. Affiliate disclosure
Some outbound links may be affiliate links. BidSim may earn a commission from qualifying purchases, without increasing your price. Affiliate relationships do not guarantee or endorse a merchant, product or offer.
7. Third-party services
BidSim links to merchants and may integrate services such as Google authentication, search and email delivery. Third-party terms and privacy policies govern your use of those services. We are not responsible for third-party websites, products, transactions or policies.
8. Availability
We work to keep BidSim reliable, but the service is provided on an “as available” basis. Maintenance, provider outages, technical problems or security measures may temporarily affect access.
9. Account suspension and termination
We may restrict or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, threaten the service or create legal risk. You may stop using BidSim and permanently delete your account from the Account page at any time. The final active administrator must first appoint another administrator.
10. Disclaimer and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BidSim is provided without warranties of uninterrupted operation, merchant accuracy or purchase outcomes. BidSim is not a seller and is not a party to transactions between users and merchants. Our liability is limited as permitted by applicable law.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms to reflect product, legal or security changes. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Contact
